Cheryl Bass-Briscoe is the manager of membership sales at AAHomecare. She joined the team in the Winter of 2006.Cheryl shines when it comes to providing potential members with friendly, professional and courteous customer service. She is arguably one of the nicest people on our staff, and quite possibly on Earth (we are unsure where to go for verification). She says that the key to being great at her job is listening closely to the needs of each and every person she speaks with. She credits a two week training course with the Walt Disney Company where she worked as a Sales and Events Manager for the ESPN Zone as the main source for her thoroughness in providing “customer service with a smile.”
Prior to joining the team, Cheryl worked in the hotel industry before transferring and moving on to the world of sales as a corporate, association and government sales manager. During those years, she received a certificate from Masters Connections in Sales Management Training, and has been awarded a certificate from the Office of Secretary of Defense for providing outstanding service.
Cheryl attended the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, and Strayer University in Alexandria, VA, where she holds a degree in Marketing.

- Cheryl once worked as an on-air personality (DJ) for WAIC/FM and WTCC/FM, hosting their Quiet Storm radio show in Massachusetts.
- While attending UMD, Cheryl worked as an intern for Affinity Broadcasting (WPGC), where her time working in promotions landed her side-by-side with celebrities like Chris Webber, Juan Howard, and the singer Mary J. Blige.
- Cheryl loves traveling to the Caribbean and the Bahamas and notes that her best vacation ever was at the Jamaica Grand Hotel in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
